Ray's Thought for the Day

I, Ray, have been grappling with language issues, asleep and awake. How about this for a lingo phrase, environmentally displaced Americans? This phrase would apply to people who who move from one human environment to another in the western hemisphere, because, well basically, their lives, (or lifestyles, maybe)are not sustainable at one location, so they move to another location. Americans that have to stay put at a non-sustainable location, like Haiti, would be called environmentally contained Americans.

Does the American ruling class have someplace to go off planet? I'm starting to think, from observing their behavior, that they have somplace to go, already picked out. Either that, or they have been converted to the notion that the Second Coming and Rapture is, imminent. Or maybe they just have escape routes to human environment safe and secure areas on high ground,(underground?).
