Ray's Thought for the Day

It is well known, and is part and parcel of our official liturgy, that Druids are obliged to answer questions truthfully when such questions are posed, directly, maybe. But responding to questions may make Druids uncomfortable or even miserable, and I, Ray am no exception since questions may also may make me uncomfortable or even miserable when they are addressed to me and I am obliged to answer the questions, both due to my trainin' and the liturgy, all righty then.

Why do questions, make me, Ray uncomforatable or even miserable? Easy that, a great many questions are stupid questions. But putting the phenomena of stupid questions, questions that have no fore or aft, aside, we come to venues commonly used by the liars and gluttons to extract information from us Druids includin' me, Ray.

Ray! Are ye ready yet?
_____

Yikes! Excuse me fer the nonce, my thought, fer I must make haste to the ablution performance area to begin my preparations for today's outdoors adventure, and consequently many additional thoughts intrude, on ye.

Can ye find the lichen?
_____

Can ye find the baby Echinocereus reichenbachii, maybe?

That is some odd lookin stone. Those lichens are interesting things they got some strange growth habits. DO they got annular growth? they seemed to be blooming on the older parts. How long do them people last? those look maybe had two growth periods. they have lots of patience to be layin there and not have to fidget one millimeter
I spied two flavors and each has it's own cactus testes

It's Town Mountian Granite in Burnett County. The lichens really like it.

I need to look up how lichens grow. I thought I did that once, but if I did look it up, I have now forgotten what I learned. But since that's unlikely, I probably didn't look it up at all, but thought I did.

Do ye have any spurges in the greenhouses right now, reckon?

We have euphobia now, we have spurges but just in the warm season, the gravel areas are prime habitat. After this weekend maybe no herbs of any kind, The low is going to be in the low 20's which might mean it freezes in the greenhouses.
The first real wniter days in months Cold and muddy. One weather man said only three days were temperatures below normal all winter,my redbutt is starting to bloom.
