Crumby's Telescope Tomfoolery Notes - Is it Serious Aggravation or Just Life?

First, let's consider the sunny side? The out of print Golden Skyguide features a writing style highly reminiscent of the spelling, written and spoken, of the generation of naturalists, preceeding my generation, the current iteration. For example, referring to the constellation Lynx, "Since the area contains no bright stars, those who wish to see the constellation must be lynx-eyed." Ha! Yepper, I can imagine a few of the old timers dropping such a bon mot in casual conversation.

Now for the dark side, Druid Dichotomy!!!! Ooooooooo!

Remember, I was supposed to get a present, a Galileo Gravitator, to be specific. But I don't have my present. I don't have my Galileo Gravitor, and I have not, consequently, enjoyed playing with, uh, I mean I have not, subsequently, had the opportunity to include a Galileo Gravitator as an icon in our important Druid rituals or scientific experimentation. So the dichotomy is, as stated above in the title.

This morning, after repeated efforts, three repeated efforts specifically, and a wait of well-nigh a month of days of the Julian, I have finally been contacted by the vendor of my Galileo Gravitator. This particular vendor allows that my Galileo Gravitator is in limbo, (back-ordered). Further, this particular vendor advises that I may cancel the order, or wait until my back-ordered Galileo Gravitator arrives in November, maybe. Is this situation with my Galileo Gravitator serious aggravation, or just life?

The astute may notice that the vendor has included an additional dichotomy within the dichotomy discussed above. Hmmm. Perhaps I should satirize the vendor in a more public venue.
