Yep. Borderlines are dangerous places compared to inside the borders. Especially, when yer neighbors are herbicide happy. So finding a mutant along the south borderline did not come as a complete surprise; not that the herbicides are the certain cause of this particular mutation, just a possible, or even probable, cause.
