Euphorbia acuta

All righty then. We had three speciminks of this one cached and none of them had any seeds. Ah, the aggravations of plant speciminks. They are what they were when the botanist arrived upon the scene of the crime. Our three cached specimens are from Edwards, Real and Val Verde counties and the last may not be E. acuta. The top vestiture aint as long as it should be. Anyway, just fer the heck of it, and since there may not be any pictures of this anywhere else available fer perusual, here tis.

The photo hereabouts somewhere shows one flower with a petaloid appendage on the left, and a leaf tip from which the plant gets its name, acuta, on the top under the linen tester mm rule.
