Light Pollution
Shot at 7:50 PM about a half mile from 290 West (big tall orange lights on poles). The camera was set on the little moon and star icon and triggered with no flash. It's a cloudy night, but no fog. On a cloudless night, Polaris is faint, to the naked eye.

Yepper. I was movin' faster than the shutter speed of the digital. It can happen.
