Ray's Thought for the Day - It's All Over

That's right, the most important election ever is over. Our Little City rejected the outrageous notion that we need a City Manager to manage us, 161-78. Simultaneously, on vote day, the boil the water crisis ended. Well, actually, the boil water crisis never got any traction at the CB in the first place. That's because Crumby kept forgetting not to drink out of the tap. Observing that Crumby did not get sick, the rest of us drank out of the tap, too. So we knew the water was OK, all along.
