Rayetta's Futuristic Lens, the Olympus 70-300mm telephoto/macro
Have you seen it? Some claim to have seen it, the pirated lens coveted by many, including Rayetta, the LDR. Is it for sale? Is it available and for sale?
Noper. The pirates and their Red Chinese communist allies have all those lenses, somewhere. They are holding those lenses hostage. So Olympus knows, yes Olympus knows, that unless the lenses are rescued before the Julian new year, no one shall collect the 50 smackeroo rebate.
How embarrassing is that? Many might leap to conspiracy therorizing pertinent to a lens that is unavailable because pirates and commies have absconded with the entire shipment. Meantime though, Rayetta has little use for the lens at this nonce, anyway. That is because her butterflies have tanked.
That's right! The butterflies have split the scene. Odd that. True, it is very dry, and has been cool, yet there are some blooms about, but scanty butterflies. And no ubiquitous snouts, at all. Last year, at this very nonce, the ubiquitous snout was our most common butterfly. Rayetta spells, the ubiquitous snout must be biennial.
So I have nothing, per my instructions, to report to the lovely druidess, except that, this lens is not available. Yet that may be a good thing. Perhaps this lens shall be so ill used, pawed by pirates and commies, that Rayetta shall not want it anyhow. We shall see, eventually, maybe.
